The Keeper (Paagri Box/Vanity Case)

1. If a customer wishes to return their product, it must be reported within 3 working days of the purchase. After reviewing the request, our team will take around one week to process the claim.
2. Product(s) MUST be in their unused, original condition with all TURAB packaging intact.
3. Any damaged, slightly used, altered, or soiled product will not be accepted. If the product is believed to have been used, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it and exchange it for another product of the same value. Delivery charges in this case will be paid by the customer.
5. A refund will only be granted if the product delivered to the customer is damaged. The customer must provide proof of damage in the form of a video or picture.
6. Items or products that have been monogrammed cannot be returned.

Avoid unnecessary wear and tear and extend the life of your leather accessories for years to come:

• Take out some time each week to wipe away dust and spots with a soft cloth or brush.
• Store your leather products away from direct sunlight, as this can cause fading.
• Store your leather products in the dust bag provided to you to avoid scratches.
• You may use saddle soap on your bag to help minimize small scratches.
