    Delivery Time

    Exchanges and Returns

    1. If a customer wishes to return their product, it must be reported within 3 working days of the purchase. After reviewing the request, our team will take around a week to process your claim.
    2. Product(s) MUST be in their unused original condition with all TURAB packaging intact.
    3. Any damaged, slightly used, altered, or soiled product will not be accepted; if the product is believed to have been used, it will not be accepted and therefore will be returned to the customer.
    4. If the customer isn't satisfied with the product, they may return it and exchange it for another product of the same value. The delivery charges in this case will be paid by the customer.
    5. Refund will only be granted in the event that the product delivered to the customer is damaged. Customer will have to provide proof of damage through a video or picture.
    6. It is not possible to return items or products that have been monogrammed.

    • Store your leather products away from direct sunlight as this can cause fading.
    • ⁠Store your leather products in the dust bag provided to you, to avoid scratches.
    • ⁠You may use saddle soap on your bag to minimize small scratches.
